That was my first trip to istanbul and i stayed at this hotel for only one night because i had to take a bus back to my home country greece the following day. For that reason i didn t have enough time to observe every detail of the hotel so I m writing this review with that in mind. First of all i d like to say that the hotel s location is excellent. Grand bazaar and the beyazit tram stop are only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace restaurant with a fantastic view. What impressed me the most was that guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary tea and coffee there which was a very pleasant surprise.

Very good location, everyday cleaning service, fresh towels, friendly staff, very good breakfast and unlimited tea, coffee, water - the highest level with great view, it’s great place for resting
We asked twice for duvet (instead of bedsheets) and unfortunately we didn’t get it
