1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember information about your visit — like your language, your session, and how you use the site — so that things work correctly and your next visit is smoother.
This policy explains what cookies Rudax uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
2. Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They keep you securely signed in, remember your booking session, and let you access your account.
- Authentication and session cookies set by Supabase, our authentication provider, to keep you logged in and your session secure.
- Cookies that remember your language and currency preferences while you browse.
Because these cookies are necessary for login and booking to work, they are not affected by the cookie choice you make in our consent banner.
3. Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site — which pages are visited, how people move through the booking flow, and where we can improve. These do not identify you personally and are never used for advertising.
| Service | ID | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | G-QFSKG3YD7L | Traffic and usage measurement |
| Yandex Metrica | 111933206 | Traffic and behavior analysis for our Russian-speaking guests |
| Microsoft Clarity | y7wkl1ol2l | Session and interaction insights to improve the booking experience |
We do not use any advertising or retargeting cookies. You can decline analytics cookies at any time from the cookie banner or your browser settings, described below.
4. How to control cookies
When you first visit Rudax, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Essential cookies remain active either way, since the site cannot function without them.
You can also control or delete cookies directly from your browser settings at any time:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
Blocking or deleting essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or completing a booking.
