Great hotel with a really welcoming atmosphere! The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, and the other guests are lovely too. Everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served at convenient hours, and you can enjoy Starbucks coffee or play chess in the lobby. The pool is fantastic, and having a sauna is a great bonus, especially during autumn. Overall, a really pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The pool and sauna, location to main areas was easily accessible via public transport

I would recommend this hotel to friends, family or anyone who asked. Firstly staff - attentive, personal, you can tell there is a real passion to have the hotel run well and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, especially the evening/night staff member who arranged our transfer early this morning theres around 25-30 rooms so its refreshing to have that personal service, asking about your day, giving recommendations Second - facilities, i stayed in a deluxe room, the bathroom was superb, the room was actually massive, hotel rooms can feel cramped, you could fully relax in this The pool is a great, its 4 floors underground, heated and its open until 10pm and as the hotel only has limited rooms it wasnt ever crowded, the hotel also has a haman and a sauna, perfect for a dip after walking round the sites all day There is a nice seating area outside to talk to the other guests and have a drink in the evening Location - this is around a 5 minute walk to takism square for all your meals/drinks on an evening but its very quiet at the hotel as this isnt on one of the main streets, theres around 100-150 metre walk up a hill to a bus stop that takes you to blue mosque, basillica ciscern, hagia sofia, roughly 20-25 minute ride and saves the legs if your there for a few days There are also 2 minimarkets/cornershops within a 20 second walk which we found handy Overall we both agreed, price, location and service we would stay here again in a heartbeat, its nice to be treated as a person and not a number.

This criticism is also a positive I suppose, the hotel doesnt serve alcohol so if you like a drink in the evening before going out or a night cap before bed, the minimarket 10 seconds away has all your needs and the hotel are happy for you to drink in the seating area outside so i suppose it works out a lot cheaper than a bar would be

Lovely staff, they were very helpful and let us check out later for no extra cost. I had a bit of work to do on zoom whilst i was on holiday and they gave me a quiet space i could use, Great breakfast too Another plus its only a 7 min walk to the "Point hotel" where you can get a direct coach to take you to Istanbul airport, very handy

Staff at the reception was super nice.

Sauna and steam were not working properely and the towels were old.
