Overall great stay with extremely hospitable staff! Especially Mehdi and Noor!

It is located in a prime location within close proximity to all the main tourist attractions. We could walk to many of them from the hotel. The hotel was also very well kept and clean. The rooms were spacious. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and the service provided. Especially by Mehdi and Noor! Mehdi was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He gave many helpful tips and suggestions when exploring Istanbul and was always available to help us out. Noor was also very friendly and sweet always there to greet us in the morning when we went for breakfast! We had the hotel breakfast twice and it was good and our room was cleaned very well every day. Overall it was a great experience!

Very good and clean; the staff are pleasant and welcoming, guiding you through each step. Beyond that, they enter your room after you leave to tidy it, much like your initial arrival. The hospitality is excellent and highly recommended.

Excellent location, some may not like the area but personally this is the great experience of most Istanbul streets. The grafters working hard, the nice resteraunts around the area, and everything is walkable. 15 mins or so walk to the Hagia, it's about 35/40mins walk to Galata if you fancy it and over the bridge. The old bazaar imo is way better than the inside one! Hotel is excellent, rooms nice! Staff are cool.
We were on top floor, one night the air con generators were quite loud for about 30 mins but it then stopped. Staff sorted it very quickly but I think they need new ones ha

Location was good very close to the market and other stores, also very close to tourist locations it is a great spot. The AC in the room worked really well and was not loud at all. The staff were so kind and helpful they helped me know the area and even suggested activites that madevmy trip a great one. They went over and beyond.
Toilet had 2 flushers the stronger flush did not work. For the smart tv i only managed to get youtube working.

A clean, low-cost hotel near the tram with good value—if you have a higher budget, look elsewhere.

Excellent location, very close to the tram stop. Clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Good overall value for money. Our room was on floor -1, but because the building is on a steep slope, it doesn't feel like a proper basement at all (unlike what some reviews suggest). It actually has a large window opening onto a small courtyard.
Facilities and equipment are only moderately maintained. The street is very old, and the exterior photos on Booking only show the top part of the building, which doesn't give a complete picture of the surroundings.
